It is a 1 owner home that had a fire in the ceiling on the back half, I replaced 21 trusses and re drywalled the ceilings rewired ceilings for the lights etc. What happened is a bird built a nest by the back door light it started on fire went into the soffit and then the roof. There is no smoke damage what so ever in the whole house as you can see in pictures. An older couple bought this home new and as you can see it is still very nice.
