No hype. Absolute top of "hill" property Please take a look at www.7610.com for property info, ton of pictures etc, etc. The property is located between Shadow Canyons and Las Reyas Canyons. The views and buildable spots on this property is like comparing apples to oranges anywhere else. If you are a builder building high end spec, do what I did today. Drive out to 2 best subdivisions in Helotes "Los Reyas Canyons and Shadow Canyons" and take a look at how fast the same guys over and over are selling this high end specs and how few of the lots are left. Pull the sales reports for this areas and then drive and see my property. It is the best of the best in Helotes, Bexar County, San Antonio and probably Texas. The is a 5400 sq foot house on the property and to the best of my knowledge it it is the hightest elevation house in the whole Bexar county "San Antonio, Helotes, Boerne, Dominion etc, etc". Most of 32.41 acres are buildable and each layer of the lot has views that can not be compared to anything else in Helotes or Bexar County. If you are a deleloper or investor, Do not put the comparables, the are None. Just for example on the very bottom of the hill the is 12 acres for sale at $250k with no views (-:. This property is top of the 2nd hightest hill in Bexar country, the highest point in Bexar County is "Black Hill" it is the next hill over from this property and to best of my knowledge that hill is owned by the Government, thus the property is next to 8600 acres of Government Park (-: . The entire property is fenced with an 8 foot game fence etc , etc. Anyway, this property is like no other that ever been offered for sale and cool as it gets! I don't know if Ebay is a place to put this listing on or not, but why not (-:.
